- What do I get when I purchase a pattern?
Each purchase includes a PDF sewing pattern in the following formats:
- A4/US Letter – For home printing
- A0 – For large-format printing at a copy shop
- Projector file – For projector cutting
+ Step-by-step sewing tutorial in PDF format
If you want to try a pattern before purchasing, we offer a free t-shirt pattern, so you can test the format(s) and see how the tutorial is structured before committing to a purchase.
- How do I download my purchased pattern?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to download your files. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder.
- Do I need special software to open the files?
Yes, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or any other PDF viewer to open and print the pattern files.
- How do I print the pattern correctly?
- For A4/US Letter printing – follow the instructions in the tutorial that comes with the pattern.
- For A0, take the file to a copy shop for large-format printing.
- For projector use, ensure your projector settings match the provided file guidelines.
- Do you have a size guide?
Yes! At FUNCLO, we offer patterns in multiple sizes, and we use two measurement charts depending on the garment:
- EU 34–50
- XXS–4XL
The available sizes for each pattern are clearly listed next to the product when purchasing, and the size chart is included in the product description so you can check if your size is available before buying.
To ensure the best fit, always measure yourself before printing the pattern and refer to the measurement chart in the tutorial. Many people assume their size, but there is no universal sizing standard—you may be a 40 in one chart and a 38 or 42 in another.
If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the size based on your:
- bust measurement for upper body garments (tops, dresses), as the hip and waist are easier to adjust on the pattern
- hip measurement for lower body garments (skirts, pants), as the waist are easier to adjust on the pattern
Additionally, since body measurements alone don’t always reflect body shape, I recommend adding extra seam allowance when cutting the fabric. This makes fitting adjustments easier.
To help you visualize the garment, I test patterns in 3D and share the results, showing how the design looks on different sizes.
6.Do the patterns include seam allowances?
Yes, all FUNCLO patterns include seam allowances, and the specific seam allowance measurements are mentioned in the tutorial provided with each pattern and shown on printable patterns with dashed line.
If you prefer a different seam allowance, you can easily adjust it before cutting the fabric. Simply trim or add extra allowance according to your preference. Seam allowances give flexibility for fitting adjustments, so feel free to modify them to suit your sewing style and needs.
- Do you offer support if I have trouble sewing the pattern?
Yes! Each pattern includes a step-by-step tutorial to guide you. If you need additional help, feel free to reach out via email or check our website for sewing tips.
- Can I sell garments made using Funclo patterns?
No, our patterns are for personal use only. Commercial production, redistribution, or resale of garments made using our patterns is not allowed without prior permission.
- Can I share the pattern with a friend?
No, all patterns are copyrighted and for personal use only. Please do not share, distribute, or resell them. Instead, direct your friend to purchase their own copy from our website.
- Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your file (e.g., corrupted or incorrect file), contact us within 7 days, and we will assist you.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank links and PayPal for secure transactions.
- My payment didn’t go through. What should I do?
First, check your payment method and internet connection. If the issue persists, try a different browser or device. If you still experience problems, contact us at piret@funclo.eu with details of your issue.
- Do I need an account to purchase a pattern?
No, you can check-out as a guest.

- Can I request a custom pattern?
At the moment, we do not offer custom patterns, but we are open to suggestions for future designs.
