  • Responsibility: You are responsible for saving the file to your device after download. We are not responsible for lost or deleted files after purchase.

  • Personal Use Only: Purchased patterns are for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of the patterns or derivatives thereof is strictly prohibited.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the file is defective.
  • Defective Files: If you encounter a problem, contact us within 7 days at piret@funclo.eu, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
